DELIVERY

Nova Poshta

You can receive your order at any nearest branch of the Nova Poshta delivery company or order courier delivery to your specified address. This type of delivery is charged according to Nova Poshta rates.

If you choose cash on delivery, a commission of 20 UAH will be charged for the money transfer, as well as 2% of the total order amount.

Shipments are dispatched within 2–5 days. The average delivery time within Ukraine is 1–5 days.

• Cash on delivery is available for orders from 200 UAH
• Free delivery applies only within Ukraine for orders from 5000 UAH, provided the order is fully prepaid
• Orders are stored at the branch/post locker for 5 days, after which they are canceled

IMPORTANT

Please check the integrity of the goods at the post office branch. In case of parcel damage during delivery, the cost of the damaged goods is reimbursed by the delivery company, as all goods are insured for their full value before dispatch.

Each order placed on the website is delivered as a separate parcel.
